Eagle Mount’s volunteers are the lifeblood of our recreational activities because they offer support, training and assistance to individuals of all capabilities. Most programs require more than one volunteer for each participant so it is easy understand our large need for volunteers.
The programs at Eagle Mount are fun for both the participants and the volunteers. It is hard not to have fun with the youth at Summer Day Camp or the participants skiing at Red Lodge Mountain, swimming, enjoying equestrian, getting out on the green playing golf or participating in any of the other Eagle Mount programs.
Volunteers truly find their experiences more rewarding than the efforts they put into volunteering. Most volunteers are not sure what to expect when they first get involved. But, they end up enjoying it so much that they come back year after year so they can see the growth and skill development of the participants.
