| Eagle
Mount’s mission is to provide opportunities in recreation to
enhance the lives of children and adults with disabilities. In
teaching these activities, we hope to improve the quality of
life socially and physically for our participants. Each
participant is encouraged to learn an activity, go out in the
community, and participate with able-bodied individuals.
Eagle
Mount’s programs and events would not be possible without
our outstanding board of directors and a dedicated corps group
of volunteers
All
programs have a nominal fee for participants and Eagle Mount
requires pre-payment for all programs. All participants are
required to complete a Program Application form, sign the
Liability Waiver, complete a Medical History form and have a
signed Physician Approval submitted to the Eagle Mount office prior
to participation in any Eagle Mount program. If a participant
is facing financial difficulties, please contact the Eagle
Mount office to request a Financial Assistance Application or
access the application through the Participant Application
Packet link listed below. Applications need to be completed at
least 2 weeks prior to the program start date. Failure to
follow this procedure may result in your delayed participation
in any program. Transportation providers are asked to check
all participants in with the appropriate Program Director,
prior to their participating in a program. We had the
unfortunate experience of participants being dropped at the
door for a program at a time when a program was not scheduled.
Eagle Mount is unable to assume responsibility for the
participant in cases such as these. Be sure to check the
status of your physician release form. Once you have
turned it in, it is good for 3 years. Click on - Participant
Application Packet
- for current program applications. No matter what the
disabling condition is, Eagle Mount Billings has an adaptive
recreational program for you!
